The addition will extend out from the back, behind the pool and on the other side of the gymnasium. The building will be a brick-faced single level facility, holding the classic lines and look of the original design. The new main entrance will be canopied and will face the football field. The building will be fully air-conditioned. See building plans.

The renovated and expanded YMCA will feature:

  • Off street parking for 230 vehicles

  • New Fitness Center (4000 square feet)

  • New Men's and Women's Locker Room

  • New Family Changing Area

  • New Class/Therapy Pool

  • New gymnasium double the size of existing gym (85' x 115')

  • New Member Lounge

  • New Member Game Room

  • New Multi-Purpose Room

  • Board Room and Community Room

  • Outdoor Basketball Courts and Volleyball Courts

  • Walking - Jogging Trail

  • Administrative offices

  • Members Lounge

  • A dedicated babysitting room

  • Education rooms for preschool and adult students
